Q:How do I post a job with credits?
If you’ve purchased a job posting plan, credits will be added to your account automatically. To post a job, go to your dashboard, click “Post a Job” fill in the job details, and your available credit will be applied during submission. No extra payment is needed unless you've used up all your credits.
Q:What is a "Detailed job description"?
A detailed job description includes the job title, roles and responsibilities, required qualifications, experience level, location, working hours, compensation, and any other relevant information. The more specific and transparent you are, the better quality applicants you’ll receive.
Q:How can I find additional information about the candidates who have applied?
Log into your employer dashboard and navigate to the “Manage Jobs” section. From there, click on any view database to view a list of applicants. You’ll be able to access each candidate’s resume, contact info, and submitted details. Advanced details may depend on your subscription level.
Q:How can I connect with the candidates?
Once you’ve reviewed an application, you can contact candidates via the phone number or email provided in their profile.
Q:How can I change my login number?
You cannot change your login number once your account has been created. If you need to use a different number, you will need to create a new account using the desired mobile number.
Q:How can I change my company name on an active job post?
You cannot change your company name once it has been submitted and verified. If there is an error or you need to use a different name, please contact support or create a new account with the correct company details.
Q:How can I add an email address to the job post?
When posting or editing a job, there’s an optional field to add a “Contact Email.” This is where you'll receive applications or queries if candidates choose to contact you directly. Be sure to double-check for accuracy.
Q:How can I add an HR number to the job post?
While creating or editing a job post, you’ll find a field labeled “Mobile Number” This is visible to candidates and lets them reach out directly for queries. You can update this number anytime by editing the job.
Q:Why am I unable to renew my job?
You may be unable to renew your job if: - Your job has already expired and passed the renewal window. - You’ve exhausted your job credits. - The job was removed due to a policy violation. Please check your dashboard for notifications or contact support for help.
Q:How long does my job remain active?
A job post active for 30 days from the date of approval. You can check the expiry date in your Manage Jobs section.
Q:How can I expire my job?
If you want to close a job before its expiry date, go to the Manage Jobs section, select the job, and click “Mark as Expired” This stops further applications immediately.
Q:How can I delete my job?
To permanently remove a job post, go to Manage Jobs, select the job, and click “Delete.” Please note: deleting a job is irreversible and all associated data.
Q:You promised unlimited applications, but I got limited responses. Why?
“Unlimited applications” means there’s no cap on how many people can apply, but response volume depends on job quality, visibility, role type, and competition. If you're receiving few applications, consider improving the job details or boosting the post.
Q:How can I avoid irrelevant candidates applying to my job? I am not getting relevant applications.
To attract only relevant candidates: - Use specific and detailed job descriptions - Set clear experience, skill, and location filters - Avoid vague titles or salary ranges
Q:Why is my ThanQboss account suspended?
Your account may be suspended due to policy violations, such as fake job posts, abusive behaviour, or incomplete verification. Check your email for a notification from the platform or contact support for more details.
